Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Customer Inquiries: Provide advice and support to customers, coordinating and managing inquiries and appointments.
  • ERP System Management: Maintain and process customer inquiries, updating customer data and ensuring accurate records.
  • Customer Travel Planning: Assist with travel arrangements for customers.
  • Payment Processing: Verify and confirm incoming payments.
Candidate Profile
  • Communication Skills: Clear and confident telephone manner, with previous customer support experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written German and English.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent PC skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Personality: Friendly and open demeanor.
