As a vital member of the Back office team, you'll play a pivotal role in client onboarding by meticulously reviewing KYC documents, addressing customer queries, and collaborating with various departments on back-office requests. We're looking for someone with strong computer skills, a knack for problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities.

Kindly note that this position is for Cyprus residents only.

Reporting to: Head of Back office

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist with the onboarding of clients which include reviewing their KYC documents and updating client personal data
  • Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by email and other supported communication channels of the company
  • Assisting other departments with Back-office requests

Candidate profile:

  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge and experience in FX will be considered advantageous but is not essential
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent verbal and written English (Additional languages are an advantage)
  • Ability to work shifts 8am - 4pm or 4pm to 12am (once a month one Sunday shift 8am - 12pm)
