Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide PA/Secretarial support to the Managing Partner
  • Efficiently manage managing Partner's schedule, appointments and meetings
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, communications, and other relevant materials.
  • Coordinate incoming communications and requests.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Keeping departments' records up to date, both on physical files and software/systems used.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Undertake special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Managing Partner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Any additional qualification will be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Greek and English with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to gather and analyze data for reporting purposes.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
