Our team is looking to hire an Assistant Compliance Officer for our offices in Nicosia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Compliance and Administration Support (filing, responding to emails, etc.)Assisting with the review and approval process for marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Program
  • Assist in managing the company's complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Assist with the onboarding procedure of third parties
  • Assist with the preparation of reports to Regulators when require
  • Providing support to members of the compliance team to fulfil the group's reporting obligations
  • Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g. Marketing, Business Development) as instructed daily.

Note: The above key responsibilities are not exhaustive and may include additional duties as needed to meet the needs of the organization.

Job requirements

Skills and competencies required:

  • Fluency in both verbal and written communication skills in English is a must. Fluency in Greek will be considered an advantage
  • Degree in business, finance, economics or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
  • CySEC advanced certification or CySEC AML certification will be a major plus
  • Excellent skills in documenting and processing formation
  • High attention to detail and professional attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels
