Information Technology Executive

St Raphael Resort & Marina is in need of a new Information Technology Executive.

The IT Executive will ensure the smooth operation of the Hotel's computers and I.T. Systems, advising management on I.T. developments impacting the hotel industry.

Main Responsibilities & Duties

  • To ensure smooth operation of all computer systems.
  • To maintain hardware in good condition and perform minor repairs or contact technicians.
  • To safeguard data integrity and perform regular backups.
  • To maintain system security access and limit user access to specific tasks.
  • To update configuration and codes for various systems.
  • To train team members, resolve procedural issues, and liaise with software suppliers.
  • To assist LAN users with software and hardware issues.
  • To manage Key Card systems and control card usage.
  • To write in-house scripts and enhance system reports.
  • To handle budget reports and anti-virus installations.
  • To manage computer consumables and minimize wastage.
  • To assist guests in the Business Centre and arrange computer equipment rentals.
  • To oversee Internet services and stay updated on industry developments.
  • To implement GDPR & Cyber Security procedures.
  • To perform other duties as requested by Top Management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelors in Computer Science.
  • Relevant experience in Hotel IT Department considered a big advantage.
  • Excellent analytics and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Greek and English.
