  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Maintain files and records, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing calls to the office and managing emails
  • Coordinating all mail correspondence to the front desk
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring an adequate inventory and ordering as needed
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients or visitors, greeting them and providing assistance as required
  • Coordinate and assist in organizing events
  • Managing courier services request
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportations and visas
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Performing any additional ad-hoc duties as required CANDIDATE PROFILE
    • Proven work experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant
    • At least 1-year previous working experience in similar position
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Integrity and professionalism
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • High attention to detail
    • Multitask and organised under pressure
