MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drafting e-mails and letters
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Assisting with daily office tasks
  • Running errands as needed
  • Managing files and documents


CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Fluent in English and Russian; knowledge of Greek is a plus
  • Previous experience in administrative roles
  • Proficient in office software (WORD, basic Excel, PDF)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
  • Ability to arrange travel, accommodation, and business meetings
