ClickWise is seeking to recruit a Junior Marketing Assistant / Accounting Assistant to become part of our rapidly expanding Performance Marketing company.

The chosen candidate will have substantial exposure to the ongoing management of the company's financial activity, monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. He or she will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

● Run company's day-to-day financial operations.

● Issue invoices, collections, and reconciliations.

● Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality.

● Perform general finance duties and ad-hoc special projects.

● Support financial decision-making by senior management.

●Ensuring that marketing budgets are allocated wisely and that expenditures are tracked and monitored.

Job Requirements:

● Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency - a must.

● Proficient in English at an advanced level, both in written and spoken communication.

● 2+ years of experience working in the marketing industry - an advantage.

● Experience as an accountant - an advantage.

● Knowledge of ERP systems, like NetSuite - an advantage.

● Team player with great interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and under pressure.

● Highly organized and reliable with attention to detail.
