The Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of implementations by designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating with the Implementation team to resolve issues and deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and technical specifications
  • Execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, accuracy, and reliability of client implementations
  • Identify, document, and track issues using a tracking system
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in QA/testing technologies
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defects
  • Ensure all testing activities comply with established standards and best practices
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams like Solution Consultants and Implementation Engineers
  • Opportunity to interact with clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Finance)
  • Knowledge of programming languages (preferably Python)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Good to have:
    • Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in client implementation projects
    • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
    • Experience with database testing
    • Experience with both manual and automated testing tools (e.g., JIRA)
    • Knowledge of the finance industry
    • Certification in QA (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus
