Job Overview">

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our vendors with DH Pay, our payment solution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding vendors through onboarding and setup, reviewing and verifying vendor information and documentation, and ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for vendors using DH Pay, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process
  • Review and verify vendor information and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Ensure vendors have a seamless and positive experience from onboarding to ongoing support
  • Support vendors with any DH Pay-related questions or requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Investigate and resolve issues or complaints with a solutions-first mindset
  • Maintain accurate records and keep systems up to date

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, ideally in KYC, vendor care, or payments
  • A detail-oriented and organized approach to work
  • The ability to solve problems and find effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • A team player mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
