At FP Markets Group of Companies, we are seeking a Full-Time Head of PSP to join our team in Cyprus.

This key role involves managing and optimizing our global portfolio of Payment Service Providers to ensure seamless, secure, and cost-effective payment experiences for clients. Ideal candidates possess strong industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with new and existing PSPs, including cards, e-wallets, crypto processors, and wire transfer providers.

Negotiating commercial agreements, SLAs, and integration timelines with payment partners is also a critical aspect of this role. Additionally, monitoring PSP performance, including transaction success rates, costs, and uptime, and implementing improvements where necessary is essential.

Candidates with experience in PSP management, preferably within the forex, payments, or fintech industries, are highly desired. A deep understanding of online payment methods, familiarity with international PSPs and multi-currency ecosystems, and technical understanding of payment APIs, CRM, and back-office systems are also valuable assets.
