Head Accountant

Job Description

The company is looking for a skilled Head Accountant to manage the accounting cycle, including financial reports, VAT returns, and payroll.

  • Acting as the sole accountant responsible for the full accounting cycle of the company
  • Communicating and coordinating with government authorities
  • Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial reports
  • Leading the implementation of a new ERP system
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in Cyprus
  • Strong knowledge of Cypriot accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Experience working directly with government bodies
  • Recognized accounting certifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA)
