Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team and help us continue to attract, retain, and reward top talent.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of life on Cyprus, with 1+ year of experience in a similar role or with part of it (cars or other benefits) in Cyprus. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as passion for numbers and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include organizing Compensation and Benefits Programs, coordinating and communicating with various partners, preparing regular reports on provided compensations and benefits, reconciling payments, and analyzing the effectiveness of benefits and suggesting optimization ideas for programs.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Fluency in Greek at B1 level or higher is also necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing Compensation and Benefits Programs:
  • Managing and coordinating the provision of various benefits, including Health Insurance, reimbursement for sports and education expenses, and overtime payments.
  • Consulting employees on school and educational program choices, as well as assisting in organizing reimbursement for employees' children's education expenses.
  • Managing the mobile phone program for employees, including setting conditions and controlling expenses.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of life on Cyprus.
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role or with part of it (cars or other benefits) in Cyprus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Passion for numbers and attention to detail.
