Chief Growth Strategist

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior User Acquisition Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on two niche platforms that connect people based on shared values, goals, and lifestyles.

As a Senior User Acquisition Manager, your main tasks will be:

• Developing and executing multi-channel user acquisition strategies;
• Daily management of advertising campaigns;
• Conducting deep performance analysis across channels to identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies;
• Optimizing registration funnels and driving high-quality traffic to landing pages;
• Conducting A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages;
• Analysis of trends and insights, as well as subsequent optimization to meet KPIs: scaling successful channels and searching for growth points;
• Building effective collaboration with the design and marketing team to maintain brand unity;
• Market and competitor analysis;
• Reporting results and insights to stakeholders regularly

• Proficiency in managing campaigns on major platforms;
• Strong experience with Business Intelligence tools;
• Expertise in optimizing campaigns for cost-efficiency;
• Ability to forecast, build, and optimize large user acquisition budgets;
• Understanding of attribution models and user journey tracking;
• Experience working with Affiliates and CPA networks (nice to have)
