We are seeking a seasoned Database Architect to join our Data Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable database architectures, with expertise in Oracle databases.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy complex database solutions that meet the needs of our customers. They will be responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and security of our database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable database architectures for high-performance applications.

  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ensure optimal database performance.

  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve production-related issues and improve database performance.

  • Provide expert-level support for database administration, including data modeling, indexing, and query optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in database administration, with a focus on Oracle databases.

  • Expert-level knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database architecture.

  • Experience with automation tools such as Python, Docker, and Jenkins.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
