Strategic Partnership Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team and drive business growth by building lasting relationships with key partners.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Client Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Act as the point of contact for key partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly in collaboration with other departments as priority.
    • Business Growth & Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities and drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Work closely with internal teams to develop growth strategies tailored to individual partner needs.
    • Client Retention: Ensure partner satisfaction and retention by addressing needs and challenges effectively. Drive retention strategies and help clients reach new performance milestones.
    • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Compliance, Dev., Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure seamless partner onboarding and ongoing support. Regularly communicate updates on new products, features, and promotions to partners.
    • Data & Performance Analysis: Analyse partner performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
    • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, expos, and seminars, promoting the company's products and services. Build the company's profile through networking, attending events, and hosting client sessions.
  • Requirements:
    • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Client Success, Relationship Management, or Business Development role in the FX, fintech, or B2B sector. Proven track record of managing and growing key partnerships, especially in international markets.
    • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Proficient in data analysis and providing actionable insights. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
