Job Description

The Global Sales Ambassador - Croatian Language will be responsible for engaging with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates. This role involves making daily outbound calls and follow-ups, as well as assisting new and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying the company's products.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a comfort in striking up conversations while confidently promoting the company's sites, products, and promotions. They will also be driven to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong ability to communicate at a bilingual or native level of Croatian and fluent in English.
  • An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.
  • Target-oriented and driven by achieving goals.
