We are Triskel Consulting, an international player within the online entertainment and iGaming industry. We are expanding our Sales department in Cyprus and seeking self-driven individuals to join our team.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • We need a skilled Sales Agent to proactively engage with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.
  • The ideal candidate will make daily outbound calls and follow-ups to ensure all targets are understood and met.
  • The role requires assisting new and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our company products.
  • You will promote the site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering to drive revenue growth.
  • You will work closely with your team leader and other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support to achieve common goals.

**Requirements:**

  • An energetic passion for customer service and sales is essential for this role.
  • A comfort in striking up conversations while confidently promoting our sites, products, and promotions is vital.
  • A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis is required.
  • Bilingual or native-level French and fluent English are necessary for communication.
  • An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry is beneficial.
  • A target-oriented and driven individual who achieves goals will thrive in this position.
