Cyprus Financial Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial operations in Cyprus. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to drive the financial success of our organization.
- Manage month-end processes, including preparation of accounting records and posting of journals.
- Prepare and review monthly management reports.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations.
- Oversee the annual external audit process.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and financial regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A degree in Accounting or related field; professional qualification (CAT, ACA, or ACCA).
- 5 - 10 years of experience in finance, including industry experience.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and drive.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
