A leading clothing store in Cyprus is seeking a motivated Customer Experience Ambassador to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.

**Salary:** €730 (net) per month, plus overtime pay for 6 days a week.

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to assist customers, maintain store displays, and ensure every visitor leaves satisfied. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm, providing product recommendations and personalized style advice, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing product recommendations and personalized style advice
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
  • Stay informed about new products, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and POS systems
  • Assist in restocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and ensuring all items are displayed attractively
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally and courteously
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • A passion for fashion and current trends
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise when needed
