Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our Tech team and drive success through innovative technology.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain efficient, secure server-side systems and play a key part in building scalable software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement software solutions
• Design robust architecture for server-side applications
• Develop and manage high-performance databases and backend systems
• Create and maintain reliable APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness, efficiency, and security
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software systems
• Implement data protection features and security protocols

Requirements:

• No less than 3 years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, WCF/API, Docker, Windows, SQL, and Azure
• Familiarity with TFS and version control systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Detailed-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to excel in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Fluency in English (verbal & written)
• EU citizenship is mandatory for residency in Cyprus
