Independent Resourcing Consultancy Ltd seeks a highly experienced and qualified Personal Financial Consultant to join their team in Cyprus.

We are an international leading Wealth Management firm, representing top-tier clients worldwide. Our mission is to provide expert financial guidance and support to our clients, helping them achieve their long-term financial objectives.

A competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflects the importance we place on securing the best talent for this role.

As a Personal Financial Consultant, you will play a key role in cultivating relationships with clients, delivering tailored financial advice and guidance, and conducting comprehensive financial assessments of clients' present situations and future goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor in the wealth management industry;
  • industry-leading qualifications such as CFP, CFA, or other relevant certifications;
  • a transferable client base and AUM;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients;
  • conducting comprehensive financial assessments;
  • developing and implementing tailored financial plans;
  • monitoring clients' financial progress and adapting plans as needed;
  • staying current with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and deliver the best possible service to clients.
