Job Title:

Store Operations Manager">

This role requires an experienced retail professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy store. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and develop their team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an exceptional service experience in-store, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction
  • Deal with inquiries and complaints and resolve client issues/requestss
  • Foster a client-centric mindset by developing and maintaining solid client relationships
  • Implement, in partnership with other company functions, clienteling initiatives and events, securing client loyalty

Requirements:

  1. University Degree or equivalent qualification/li> A minimum of 2 years' experience of managing a standalone retail store (or Department Store floor)/li> Excellent use of English language and computer skills/li> Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills/li> Numerical and analytical knowledge to monitor KPIs/li> Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office/li> Leadership skills and business orientation/li> Excellent communicator, with a positive, open, and progressive, energetic, motivating, personal style/li> Customer service orientation with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes/li> Passion for sports and fashion/li> Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges
