Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retention Specialist with Dutch language expertise to join our team at TOPTALENT. As a key member of our customer retention team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing effective retention strategies, and providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Retention Strategies: Develop and implement effective retention strategies to reduce churn and improve customer loyalty.
  • Account Monitoring: Regularly monitor clients' accounts to identify potential risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products that align with the clients' needs and goals.
  • Market Insights: Keep clients informed about market trends, news, and economic developments relevant to their trading activities.
  • Client Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for any client issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on client retention activities, outcomes, and key performance metrics to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in Dutch, both verbally and in writing, with a good command of English.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the FX/Forex industry or financial services.
  • Financial Markets Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, Forex trading, and related products.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A strong customer-centric approach with a focus on providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on market insights.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems, trading platforms, and other relevant software.
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM.
