Whether you're based in vibrant Athens, by the sea in Thessaloniki, or working remotely from anywhere in Greece, youll be part of a team that puts customer care at the heart of what we do.
What You'll Do-
Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, or chat.

Deliver clear, friendly, and efficient support for a range of products or services.

Help customers solve problems, place orders, or get the information they need.

Keep accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve issues quickly.

Maintain high customer satisfaction through empathy, patience, and professionalism.

Fluent German (C1 or higher) and good English skills (B2+).

Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.

Comfortable using digital tools and communicating online.

A calm, solutions-focused approach even under pressure.

Residence in Greece (or willing to relocate with company support).
