Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role at our office in Cyprus. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting them to clients. Day-to-day tasks include building strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and staying informed about our products and services. Responsibilities may also involve reporting, team collaboration, and participating in periodic training sessions to enhance skills and expertise.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in sales
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services is an advantage
  • Willingness to participate in training and ongoing professional development
  • Goal-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Prior experience in the Forex, IT, or BPO industries is desirable
  • Languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguesse
