You would be representing the company, thus you must possess a vibrant and responsible character, as well as the capacity to work in shifts.Your ResponsibilitiesEffectively communicating with customers in their designated languageA high emphasis on quality, with particular attention to detail and accuracyProviding an outstanding client experience and resolving issues on first contactResolve product and service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the origin of issues, identifying and explaining the best course of action, and following up to assure resolutionResponding to client inquiries via chat and Email in a timely and professional wayEscalating requests where neededThoroughly investigating player concernsPromoting a “Safer Gaming” philosophyStaying UpToDate on rules, processes, and licencing needsContributing to collective effort by achieving necessary resultsGo above and beyond when engaging customersTaking part in the Onboarding Programs
