Position: Digital Marketing Manager - FX Industry Location: Limassol, Cyprus Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across all paid channels, including Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, and RetargetingPlan, execute, and continuously optimize high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and programmatic platformsDesign and implement an integrated lead generation framework focused on analytics, audience segmentation, and conversion funnel optimizationTranslate marketing goals into actionable digital strategies that align with business objectives and growth targetsFoster a data-driven marketing culture by integrating digital analytics with business intelligence to generate meaningful insightsDevelop and manage multi-touch attribution models to accurately measure performance across channelsPartner with IT and analytics teams to evolve reporting frameworks, dashboards, and decision-making tools that guide marketing and business strategyOversee external media agencies to ensure alignment with business objectives, efficient execution, and achievement of performance targetsLead the global strategy and execution of digital campaigns, maximizing ROI, lead quality, and scalabilityContinuously test and refine creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies through A/B testing and performance monitoringCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Business Development, Product/IT, Compliance, Country Managers, and Regional Marketing teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and verbalMinimum 5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacityProven success in data-driven lead generation within financial services or FX trading industriesAdvanced understanding of multi-channel attribution, funnel analytics, and media mix modelingStrong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools such as Power BIDemonstrated ability to manage large media budgets, ensuring measurable ROI and consistent lead pipeline contributionAnalytical, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for transforming complex data into strategic decisionsExcellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams effectively.
