We are looking for a proactive and creative
Marketing Manager
to a growing educational project that includes an international school, kindergarten, seasonal camps, and adult learning courses.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for education, strong digital marketing skills, and experience in brand development.

You will collaborate closely with the PR manager, participate in educational events, and build strategic relationships with educational platforms and partners. A strong focus will be placed on the development of the website, social media presence, and entering new markets.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for all ICan educational directions (school, kindergarten, camps, adult education)

● Strengthen the visibility and positioning of the brand

● Collaborate with the PR Manager to build relationships with educational platforms and participate in key industry events

● Manage and grow the website and social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

● Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and content marketing

● Analyze marketing performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations

● Lead the creation of marketing materials: presentations, brochures, newsletters, etc.

● Research trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and engagement

● For ICan Pro (adult education): develop a marketing strategy, launch a dedicated website, and define new educational products and offerings

● Support internal communication and marketing needs

Requirements:

● Proven experience in marketing strategy and digital campaign management

● Experience with brand building and content development

● Proficiency in SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Meta, and email marketing

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English and Russian

● Knowledge of the Cyprus market is a plus

● Ability to multitask and work across different educational verticals

● Strong organizational and analytical skills
