The Dealer - Trading Platform Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of trading servers and systems. This role requires expertise in MT4/MT5 administration, troubleshooting technical issues, and working closely with risk and IT teams to optimize trading infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Forex market and experience in configuring and maintaining trading platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the continuous operation and optimal performance of trading servers and systems.
  • Configure and maintain both new and existing financial products.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the risk team to resolve trading platform-related issues.
  • Apply best practices for trading infrastructure setup, security, and failover strategies.
  • Work closely with the IT department on all technical matters related to trading platforms.
  • Perform general MT4/MT5 configurations and manage trading bridges including OneZero, PrimeXM, T4B, and FXCubic.
  • Maintain and enhance existing trading procedures, configurations, and system performance.
  • Integrate, test, and support third-party and in-house trading tools, plugins, and software.
  • Provide assistance to other departments on technical queries and troubleshooting.

Background and Experience:

  • BSc/MSc in Information Technology or a related field.
  • CySEC Advanced Diploma is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial sector.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 administration.
  • Experience working with OZ Hub, XCore, T4B, and FXCubic is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL queries will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the Forex market and trading operations.

  • Proactive and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to test and review performance frameworks and provide analytical feedback.
  • High numerical and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to work in a regulated environment, adhering to compliance and industry standards.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Working Hours:

Weekly rotating shifts (08:00-16:00 and 16:00-00:00), with the potential for occasional night shifts (00:00-08:00) based on operational needs.

Currently, night shifts are not required, but flexibility is essential.
