Position: Guest Services Representative Location: Paphos Cyprus Job Type: Full-time Five star hotel in Paphos seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Guest Services Representative to join its team. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay at our hotel is comfortable and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues - Maintain a neat and organized front desk area - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure clean and well-maintained guest rooms - Handle phone calls and messages efficiently and accurately - Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and emergency procedures - Assist with luggage handling and storage as needed - Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and security for guests and the hotel - Attend to special requests and VIP guests with extra care and attention - Act as a liaison between guests and hotel management to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved Qualifications: - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Fluent in multiple languages is a plus If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience for guests, we would love to have you on our team.
