Job Summary:

Aphrodite Hills Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Reservations Officer
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest reservations efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will serve as a key point of contact for guests, travel agents, and tour operators, providing exceptional service that reflects the luxury standards of Aphrodite Hills Resort

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

⁃To deal efficiently with all telephone, email, internet and 'in person' enquiries

⁃To ensure that all reservations are recorded following procedures with full and clear information and that they are inputted accurately and promptly into the system

⁃To maximize revenue by converting enquiries, recognizing business prospects and opportunities to upsell

⁃To liaise with clients and partners in a professional manner building rapport and creating professional relationships

⁃To exercise effective listening to capture relevant information and provide a premium experience for the guest

⁃To liaise with all departments to ensure the best service is provided to our customers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

⁃Education in Hospitality or a related field or at least 1 year experience in a relative position

⁃Pleasant and outgoing personality

⁃Customer-service experience

⁃Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language(Other languages will be considered as an advantage)

⁃Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

⁃Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office

⁃Flexible working hours

⁃Driving License

⁃Eu citizen or an EU work permit holder
