Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager located in Pafos. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing schedules, supervising the front office team, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining smooth communication across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Front Office operations and Office Administration
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Leadership and team management skills are a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in relevant office and management software
  • Previous experience in the hospitality sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset
