About the Role As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, resilience, and security of production systems. You will work closely with development and infrastructure teams to design scalable architectures, strengthen observability, optimise CI/CD processes, and automate everything that can be automated. Your mission is to guarantee seamless product delivery and world-class uptime for users around the world. Key Responsibilities Architect, maintain, and improve highly available infrastructure in cloud environments. Design and implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability systems. Enhance CI/CD pipelines and optimise delivery across multiple development teams. Develop automation tools and scripts to eliminate manual operations. Identify and resolve system performance bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and incidents. Improve processes for disaster recovery, security, and capacity planning. Contribute to and promote a culture of reliability, performance, and ownership. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role in large-scale production environments. Strong background with Linux systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration. Hands-on experience with CI/CD technologies such as GitLab, Jenkins, or similar. Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk or New Relic. Automation and scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Go). Strong understanding of networking, system security, and performance optimisation. Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) is a plus.
