Location: Limassol, Cyprus

As part of our expanding technology teams, we are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our innovative and diverse engineering group. You will play a key role in guaranteeing the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud platforms and mission-critical services. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive best practices, automation and continuous improvements in our production environments in line with our commitment to operational excellence and outstanding client experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability tools to guarantee system reliability.
  • Maintain consistent insight into system performance and health status.
  • Address system incidents and service interruptions through thorough investigation and resolution.
  • Engage in root cause analysis and help document findings for post-incident reviews.
  • Collaborate across teams to reduce downtime and avoid repeated problems.
  • Automate deployments, configurations, and routine operational tasks to enhance system efficiency.
  • Support release procedures and monitor systems throughout deployment phases.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to optimize delivery workflows.
Requirements
  • English fluency at C1 level with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or a similar role.
  • Expertise in managing both Windows and Linux server environments.
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms, with AWS knowledge being crucial.
  • Practical skills with Kubernetes and container orchestration tools.
  • Strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
  • Proficient in scripting using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with version control systems including Git.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
  • Understanding of incident, problem, and change management frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to mentor peers and share expertise.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and documentation capabilities.
