We are looking for a driven and technically-adept professional, Senior Site Reliability Engineer, to ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of our systems in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus (hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability tools to ensure system reliability
  • Ensure consistent visibility into system performance and overall health
  • Respond to system incidents and service disruptions with detailed investigation and resolution
  • Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to documentation of post-incident reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and prevent recurring issues
  • Automate deployments, configurations, and operational tasks to improve system efficiency
  • Support release activities and monitor systems during deployment cycles
  • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline delivery processes

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluency in English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and verbal skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or related role
  • Proficiency in both Windows and Linux server environments
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS experience is essential)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and related container orchestration tools
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
  • Scripting skills in at least one language such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
  • Understanding of incident, problem, and change management practices
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to mentor team members and share technical knowledge
  • Excellent time management, communication, and documentation skills
