Emerald Zebra Recruitment is hiring a  UI/UX Designer to join our clients team and work on innovative digital products for a respected client in the banking industry. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including Product Owners and Developers, to shape the future of digital banking solutions. If you're driven by user-centred design, enjoy working with data and design systems, apply today What you'll do: Suggest improvements that enhance product quality and customer experienceMeasure and optimise digital products to improve usability and address end-user pain pointsUse data and KPIs to support and guide design decisionsUpdate and maintain the design system to ensure consistencyGather ongoing feedback through research and surveys to improve current UX Illustrate design ideasUsing storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and apply Design Thinking methodologyTranslate specifications into wireframes and mock-ups that clearly illustrate intuitive user interfacesConduct UX audits on existing products and provide actionable suggestions for improvementIdentify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness issues)Adhere to style standards for fonts, colours, and imagesPlan and execute user research and competitor analysis when neededDefine and improve internal design processes by streamlining procedures and introducing relevant toolsWork within cross-functional teams, alongside Product Owners and Software Developers, to design the overall user experience of digital products We'd love to hear from you if you have: Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, Digital Product Design, Human Factors, or a related field3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally for complex web and mobile applicationsStrong proficiency in FigmaUnderstanding of complex design systems, such as Atomic Design frameworkGood understanding of HTML, CSS, and web standardsPractical knowledge of Material Design and Human Interface GuidelinesFamiliarity with developer handover tools such as Zeplin and OverflowExperienced in presenting design solutions to stakeholders and developersAbility to understand both business and technical requirementsSkilled in UX research and documentation through case studies and testingStrong consultative skills to translate ideas into viable design solutions It's an added plus if you also have: Greek proficiencyExperience in the financial services industryKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite What we offer: 22 days of annual leave to rechargePrivate medical insurance from day oneSubsidized lunch schemeProvident Fund after the probationary periodThey are proudly certified as a Great Place to WorkFlexible Hours: Start between 7:30/8:30 AM | End between 3:30/4:30 PMAccess to learning and development resources Apply for this job To find out more or to apply, please forward your CV to: Terri Neofitou, email: terri.neofitou@emeraldzebra.cy
