Key Responsibilities with Integrated Core Values

1. Support the design process for digital products under guidance from senior designers

• Alignment & Consensus:
  Work closely with senior designers, end-users, and team members to ensure design decisions contribute to the product vision and organizational mission.

2. Assist in conducting user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions

3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups using Figma

6. Stay informed about UI/UX trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team

7. Assist in designing digital assets such as logos or brand elements, with mentorship from senior creatives

  Aim to deliver digital assets that are not only visually appealing but also strategically impactful for brand presence.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience
  in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
• A portfolio
  showcasing design work on websites, mobile apps, or digital branding projects—academic, freelance, or internship work is welcome.
• Basic proficiency in design tools like
  Figma, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Exposure to
  project management tools
  (e.g., JIRA, Notion) and an understanding of Agile workflows is beneficial.
• Foundational knowledge of
  user research, wireframing, and usability testing

• Awareness of
  responsive design principles
