Our client, a leading full-service law firm with a team of more than 80 experienced lawyers, arbitrators, legal consultants, and support staff, is seeking to recruit an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join its team at either their Nicosia or Limassol office. The Role:  The successful candidate will be expected to provide high-quality legal services and advice to the firms local and international corporate and commercial clients, while working within a professional and collaborative environment. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Handle corporate and commercial litigation cases.Draft pleadings and other court documents, including  interim applicationsRepresent clients in court appearances and hearings.Draft legal opinions and lettersProvide legal advice on corporate and commercial litigation mattersConduct thorough legal research to ensure accuracy and compliance of advise and procedures Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Law (LLB)At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate/commercial litigationMember of the Cyprus Bar AssociationExcellent written and spoken command of Greek and English.Strong organisational and communication skillsAbility to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlinesExcellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office)Team-oriented, with strong attention to detail What is on offer: The firm offers an attractive remuneration package and benefits, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
