We are growing and looking to recruit an HR Intern in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work (30-40h a week).

Projects:

Internal Communication Enhancement Mission

  • Mission: Make our communication channels smarter, sharper, and simply better
  • Audit what we have, figure out what we need, and pitch ideas to keep everyone connected, no matter where they are
  • Collaborate with teammates worldwide to understand their communication needs
  • Design friendly how-to guides and training materials with the L&D team

Visual Storytelling of Our Identity

  • Mission: Bring our story to life with stunning visuals
  • Lead the redesign and beautify key documents like our vision, mission, values, history, and team photos
  • Team up with Employer Branding, Marketing, and office coordinators to make every piece shine

Culture Advocacy

  • Mission: Make our values unforgettable and universal
  • Get creative with ways to showcase and embed our values into daily life for our multicultural, multinational team
  • Collaborate and find new ways to nurture our culture as we grow

Engagement Initiatives

  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events

Candidate profile:

  • Currently enrolled in the 3rd year or higher at university, or graduated within the past year
  • A creative thinker with outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Genuine interest in internal communications, organizational culture, and/or human resources
  • Passionate about design and visual storytelling, with proficiency in tools like Canva or similar platforms, including those that incorporate AI
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Comfortable engaging with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Availability to work 30-40 hours per week, including at least two days in the office in Limassol
  • Experience in extracurricular activities or leadership roles is a strong plus
