Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultations to employees on Cypriot labor law and internal HR policies (salaries, leave, taxes, etc.);
  • Prepare HR documentation: onboarding, termination, final settlements;
  • Communicate with other departments (Finance, Compliance, etc.);
  • Issue employment confirmations and related certificates;
  • Maintain internal tracking tables (salaries, bank details, residence permits, employee presence in Cyprus, etc.).

Requirements

  • Higher education in Law, Human Resources, or Economics;
  • Strong knowledge of Cyprus labor legislation and, ideally, EU labor laws;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration in Cyprus;
  • Experience with employment contracts, visas, and work permits (including partner permits);
  • Ability to advise on personnel record management, labor rights, and immigration processes;
  • Proficiency with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, CRM systems).
