
HR Administrator

Employment type: Full-time, on-site
- Provide consultations to employees on Cypriot labor law and internal HR policies (salaries, leave, taxes, etc.);
- Prepare HR documentation: onboarding, termination, final settlements;
- Communicate with other departments (Finance, Compliance, etc.);
- Issue employment confirmations and related certificates;
- Maintain internal tracking tables (salaries, bank details, residence permits, employee presence in Cyprus, etc.).
Requirements
- Higher education in Law, Human Resources, or Economics;
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus labor legislation and, ideally, EU labor laws;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration in Cyprus;
- Experience with employment contracts, visas, and work permits (including partner permits);
- Ability to advise on personnel record management, labor rights, and immigration processes;
- Proficiency with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, CRM systems).
