Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Recruiter based in Limassol Municipality. As a Lead Recruiter, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Key responsibilities include identifying hiring needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with department managers to fulfill staffing requirements. You will also play a critical role in improving recruitment processes and mentoring junior recruiters on best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in talent acquisition, sourcing, and screening candidates
  • Proficiency in interviewing and evaluating candidates
  • Experience in workforce planning and recruitment strategy development
  • Ability to develop and maintain a strong employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide recruiting teams
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related recruitment tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a recruiting or HR leadership role is a significant advantage
