TECHNICAL LEAD

, a growing fintech company, is seeking an experienced and dedicated
Mobile Tech Lead (React Native)
to join our Engineering team. You will play a key role in developing our new company applications.

This is a highly influential role within a compact and versatile team. It is a dual-focus position:
50-60% of your time will be dedicated to team leadership, mentorship, technical architecture, and requirement breakdown
, while the remainder will be spent on
hands-on coding
. You will manage the team, mentor engineers, write code, and have a direct influence on product quality and technical direction.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:
*Leadership & Management (50-60% Focus)*

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of mobile software engineers, providing continuous mentorship, guidance, and support
• Set the professional standard for behaviors, code quality, and technical outcomes within the team
• Own the technical roadmap: Review product requirements, break them down into clear, actionable technical tasks, and estimate efforts for the team
• Manage team workload, set clear performance expectations, and provide constructive feedback
• Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Proactively recommend and lead improvements to the mobile development lifecycle and tools
• Participate in recruitment and hiring for the mobile team

*Technical & Hands-On*

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Backend Developers, and Designers on requirements review and solutioning to build seamless, user-friendly applications
• Ensure the application is highly performant, responsive, and adaptive across various screen sizes and device models
• Optimize application performance, including handling real-time data via WebSockets (WSS)
• Implement and manage app monitoring, analytics, and crash reporting using Firebase
• Mandatory: Architect, implement, and maintain REST API communication between the mobile client and backend services
• Implement app localization for multiple languages
• Write and ensure team compliance with unit tests. Define clear test cases for QA engineers for E2E and integration tests
• Participate in incident review, root cause analysis, and planning preventive measures

Mandatory:
Oversee and execute the successful
release of applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store

Requirements:
Core Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in professional mobile development, with extensive experience in React Native
• Proven work experience in a technical or team leadership role (e.g., Tech Lead, Senior/Lead Developer)
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, mostly TS and modern React concepts
• Mandatory: Strong, proven experience managing the entire application lifecycle, including deployment, configuration, and release to Apple App Store and Google Play
• Mandatory: Solid knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) principles and tools specifically for React Native mobile applications (e.g., Github Actions)
• Expert-level knowledge of Firebase for FCM (Push Notifications), Analytics, and Crash Reporting
• Strong knowledge of system design principles and experience architecting complex, scalable mobile applications
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum development best practices (Jira and Confluence experience is a plus)
• Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git/GitHub

• Experience developing applications that handle high-load or high-volume data traffic
• Prior experience with trading or Forex applications
• Experience or comfort with web-related tasks outside of the core mobile app
• Relevant industry certifications
