Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Recruitment Specialist to take ownership of our hiring process and help us attract the best talent across all departments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, candidate experience, and building high-performing teams. As the sole point of contact for recruitment, you will work closely with team leads and management to ensure we continue to grow with the right people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and craft effective job descriptions and hiring plans.
  • Use proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent through Workable, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer communication.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Management on employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
  • Support onboarding planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in fast-paced or growth-stage environments.
  • Proven ability to source and hire for diverse roles (sales, marketing, operations, admin, etc.).
  • Proficient with recruitment tools and ATS platforms (Workable experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Greek (written and verbal).
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
