We are on the lookout for talented Portuguese Retention Agents with experience in the FX industry to join our energetic team in Cyprus. If you have a minimum of one year of experience in retention roles within this dynamic field, we want to meet you

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Retain and nurture our FX clients by maintaining strong relationships.
Problem Solving: Address client queries and issues with efficiency and empathy.
Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance services.
Team Synergy: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to optimize client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a retention agent in the FX industry.
Language Skills: Fluent in Portuguese.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
