We are looking for a
Project Coordinator
with hands-on [dot]NET development experience to join our team in Nicosia for project coordination and backend development in the L2/L3 support team.

In this position, you will work across multiple critical [dot]NET projects, with a primary focus on establishing and leading L3 (third-line) support processes for several business-critical applications. Your mission will include building robust support structures from the ground up, fostering operational excellence, and ensuring seamless collaboration between development, support teams and business stakeholders.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical delivery background and leadership experience, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving efficiency and excellence in software operations.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and structure L3 support teams for multiple applications, including defining team composition, onboarding and training
  • Design, document and implement L3 support processes, workflows and escalation paths tailored to each application's needs
  • Collaborate with L1/L2 support, engineering and business teams to ensure smooth handoffs and effective incident management
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, instructions and schedules for L3 support operations
  • Oversee risk identification, process improvement and quality assurance for all L3 activities
  • Manage stakeholder communications, reporting and continuous feedback loops to optimize support effectiveness
  • Coordinate support for multiple applications simultaneously, ensuring consistent standards and best practices

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in backend development ([dot]NET)
  • Experience working with monitoring, logging and incident management tools
  • Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience with setting up and managing L3 support teams and processes for multiple software applications
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work seamlessly in an international team

Nice to have

  • Experience with ITIL, DevOps or similar frameworks for support and operations
  • Strong technical background in cloud platforms (Azure)
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Certifications in cloud, support or process management are advantageous
