Who The Client is

A growing real estate development firm is one of the fastest-growing companies in the property/Real Estate Development market in Cyprus.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts of sale, share purchase agreements, consideration and lease agreements.
  • Conduct legal due diligence for property and corporate acquisitions.
  • Prepare KYC and Source of Funds documentation in advance of transactions.
  • Coordinate with relevant governmental and regulatory authorities to obtain necessary clearances and approvals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as commercial, finance, marketing, and project management teams to provide legal guidance and support on ongoing operations.
  • Liaise with external legal advisors to support negotiations, ensure compliance, and maintain high standards of legal accuracy.
  • Provide general legal support and assistance across various business functions as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of post-qualification experience, ideally within the real estate, property development, or construction sectors.
  • Strong working knowledge of Cyprus law, with particular emphasis on property and contract law.
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness and the ability to balance legal considerations with business priorities.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing matters effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in using legal research tools and document management systems.
