The role of the Office Administrator is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and assist our agents in their daily duties.

Duties include:

-Welcoming Visitors and Clients

-Manage/direct incoming calls from Clients

-Manage/direct leads from online sources

-Recording information in the CRM system

-Handling inward and outward correspondence

-Electronic and hard copy filing

-Preparation of agreements and documents

-Preparation of reports

-Support the sales team

-Reporting to Office Manager

Requirements:

-A minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative position, experience within the Real Estate Sector will be considered an advantage

-MS Office and Computer Literate

-Strong communication and coordination skills

-Office organization

-Professional attitude and appearance

-Excellent customer service

-Fluent in Greek and English, spoken and written

-Good knowledge and/or experience in Land registry procedures is an advantage
