About the Role:

Trinity Private School in Limassol, Cyprus, is seeking a dedicated Homeroom Teacher to join our Primary School team. We offer excellent professional development opportunities, including participation in regular IB trainings, conferences, and in-house workshops.

Our Primary School is in the process of becoming an IB PYP school and aims to implement IB PYP Framework, emphasizing inquiry-based learning and a transdisciplinary approach.

We are looking for a passionate educator who can create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a transdisciplinary curriculum aligned with the IB PYP framework
  • Design and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons alligned with IB teaching approaches
  • Use ManageBac for unit planning and student progress tracking
  • Contribute to a dynamic, collaborative environment that promotes student growth, inclusivity, and shared professional learning among colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide events and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching within the IB PYP framework
  • Proficiency in both English and Russian
  • Bachelor's degree in Education
  • Strong understanding of the inquiry-based approach
  • Experience in both individual and group teaching
  • Passion for student-centered learning and holistic education
