We're currently looking for a Game Producer to join our new midcore project.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement product strategy with a co-producer
  • Grow the project and achieve KPIs through metrics management
  • Focus on game economy, combat systems (heroes, balance), and LiveOps
  • Drive feature quality and player engagement
  • Oversee TORs and documentation
  • Track market and genre trends

What We Need From You

  • 3+ years as a Game Producer
  • Portfolio of successful projects (ideally combining midcore and casual experience)
  • Strong background in battle systems / battlers and balancing
  • Deep knowledge of the F2P mobile market and trends
  • Ability to make data-driven product decisions
